He has a broad knowledge of business and process architecture and has been acknowledged by clients for “big picture” vision that combines uniquely with the ability to investigate the finest detail. DAVID JONES
David is a skilled professional with over 20 years’ experience in providing business analysis services to organisations of all shapes and sizes. These services include the analysis and improvement of his client’s businesses using process interventions and lean based techniques. At the same time David has delved into and delivered revised business, information and application architecture.
An experienced trainer, David has also assisted organisations develop their own internal enterprise architecture, business architecture and process management competencies, providing necessary coaching and mentoring to establish effective Business Process Management Centres of Excellence.
David has worked extensively in Financial Services, covering Retail Banking, non-bank Lending, and Wealth Management (including Life Insurance and General Insurance). He was worked and consulted to well-known financial institutions (both in Australia and UK) as well as household brand names in Higher Education, Utilities and Communication in Australia.
CAROLINE HENRICKS
A strategic Marketing and Communications executive, Caroline has extensive experience in delivering communication that allows businesses to bring in change. For over fifteen years Caroline has delivered and planned communications for a variety of projects including product launches, organisational re-structuring and major legislative change. Working with large companies and small, Caroline collaborates with businesses to execute according to the agreed strategy, budget and timeframes. A specialist in audience-based communications and breaking down complicated principles for a variety of audiences, Caroline has worked in a variety of industries include banking, financial service, health care providers, entertainment and engineering.
